Composite fillings
A composite filling restores a tooth after decay has been removed or when a tooth is chipped. Modern composites are bonded to the tooth and matched to its shade, so the filling is hardly visible.
At Bianco we use Enamel plus HRi and Enamel Biofunction composites. They are strong, wear at a rate similar to natural enamel, can be polished to a natural gloss and repaired if needed.
How a filling is done
- anaesthesia, if needed, with The WAND system,
- rubber dam isolation to keep the tooth dry and clean,
- removal of decay under magnification,
- building up the tooth in layers and recreating its natural shape,
- checking the bite and polishing.
Prices: 1 surface – 700 PLN, 2 surfaces – 800 PLN, 3 surfaces – 900 PLN. For very large cavities, an onlay or overlay may last longer than a filling.
